Overview

Vodka Republik is an original concept for a Russian inspired tap house restaurant

visual objective

Although Vodka originated in Poland, it is commonly depicted as a staple beverage of Russian culture. As such, I incorporated a Matryoshka doll to pay homage to its status as the Russian drink of choice. Paired with thin outlines, condensed industrial font, and a neutral gray color pallet, this logo maintains a modern aesthetic while implementing to historical imagery of its intended market.
